If you desire to succeed as a world-class engineer, all you have to do is to come to Japan and study engineering at our college, Tokuyama College of Technology.

Our college has three departments; Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Department of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, and Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Each department offers you a seven-year consecutive course of study, a five-year associate bachelor’s degree course followed by a two-year advanced course. You could graduate and start working or go on to study at other universities after finishing the five-year course. Or you could choose to fulfill the whole seven-year course. After finishing the seven-year course, you could graduate and start working or go on to take a master's course at other universities.

About 700 students are currently studying very hard at our college. Since the Japanese students enter our college after graduating from junior high schools, most of the students at our college range in age from 16 to 22.

Our college accepts overseas students every year and puts them into the third-year class. At present, we have seven overseas students from Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

More than two thirds of the graduates of our college are taking an active part in the area of research and development, which proves the good quality of our education.

Our college has 63 excellent teachers. Most of them are able to communicate with you in English. Also, we have 50 competent administrative staff members to support you.

As long as you try your best to master engineering by making the most of both our wonderful human resources and our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment here, you will never fail to be a top-notch engineer.
