Department of Computer Science & Electronic Engineering
In our department, the students systematically learn fundamental and practical Computer Science and Electronic Engineering (CSEE). They also learn about various systems in which CSEE makes up the technical core.
The more the computer has been applied to various systems, the more the importance of CSEE has been enhanced. Systems are also rapidly developing from relatively simple ones to more complex and integrated ones. All the systems can be classified into three; information processing systems, control systems and communication systems. We aim to educate the students so that they will become engineers who are able to play an active part in a rapidly progressing environment.
During the first three years, the students mainly study subjects such as Mathematics, Circuits, Computers and Electronics, which are necessary for the more practical and specific subjects studied in the fourth and fifth years. Computer Science, Information Processing Systems and some other subjects are taught at the latter stage of our course of study. The current curriculum has been designed to train the students as creative and practical engineers.
Our curriculum has been drawn up so that there will be a balance between computer science and electronics. So, you can study up-to-date computer software technology in parallel with that of hardware.
